Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026. This policy describes the current MISSED. website, manual lead workspace and guided demonstration. It does not describe an active call, SMS, email, AI, notification or payment service because those providers are not connected in the current product.
Information we handle
We may receive information you submit through a demo request, account sign-in or workspace form. Authorised workspace users can manually record lead details, notes, statuses and values. The guided demonstration uses simulation data and does not contact customers.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to a demonstration request, operate the private workspace, maintain security and improve the current product. MISSED. does not use the current workspace to send automated customer communications, make bookings, confirm prices or make service decisions.
Access and retention
Workspace information is intended to be available only to authenticated users with access to that workspace. We retain information while it is reasonably needed for the workspace, support, security or legal obligations, then review deletion requests case by case. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information into the current workspace.
Service providers and future features
The current product uses hosting and authentication infrastructure needed to run this website and workspace. External communication providers are not connected. If future features introduce communications or other providers, their data handling will be described before those features are represented as live.
Your choices
Workspace owners can submit a cancellation or data-handling review request from the authenticated workspace. You can also ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted through the contact form. Requests are assessed in light of workspace security, retention needs and applicable obligations. A request is not an automatic deletion. This policy is not a statement of compliance with every privacy law or region.
