Last updated: August 18, 2026. These terms apply to the current MISSED. website, manual lead workspace and guided simulation.

Current service boundary

MISSED. currently provides a manual workspace for authorised users and a clearly labelled guided simulation. Phone, SMS, email, AI, notification and external communication providers are not connected. The A$750 Founding Pilot review form does not take payment; any accepted pilot scope and payment are confirmed manually by the founder outside this site. A simulation is not a live customer conversation, booking, price, appointment, service confirmation or performance guarantee.

Your workspace

Keep account credentials confidential and enter only information you are authorised to handle. Workspace users remain responsible for their lead records, internal notes, decisions, quotes, customer communication and applicable obligations. Do not use the workspace to upload unlawful, deceptive, harmful or unnecessary sensitive information.

Human decisions

MISSED. does not make business decisions for you. Prices, availability, bookings, complaints, safety-related matters, sensitive situations and final customer outcomes require appropriate human review and confirmation.

Availability and changes

The current product is evolving and may be changed, paused or withdrawn while it is tested and improved. We aim to keep the website and workspace reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific commercial result.

Cancellation and data handling

Workspace owners can submit a cancellation or data-handling review request from the authenticated workspace. A founder prepares and records the request with an audit trail. Requests do not automatically delete lead records, close access or guarantee a deletion outcome; data handling is reviewed against the Privacy Policy, security needs and applicable obligations.
